A working space in the contemporaneity can’t be interpreted only as a place for doing, indifferent to the construction of human relationships between users, workers and space. The proposed structure for the new headquarters of the representative buildings of canton Thurgau tries to solve with just one architectural movement the building of a roof, the scale relationships between the existing buildings, structuring the emptiness and defining a new public square, filtering the access to the urban park area. The attention to the materialisation and versatility of the plan puts some distance between the spatiality of the building and the aseptic and strict configuration of an administrative office and gets this architecture closer to the city and to individual sensitivity.
